Last Oasis was recently completely overhauled rendering most information of this wiki useless for players playing Season 5. If you find any information that is outdated please update it.
Purified Water is the essential Material in Last Oasis which serves multiple purposes. Making sure you always have enough water at hand to survive is a key element for any Nomad.
Water is required to stay alive. If your water levels drop below zero first your character's stamina, then their health will be depleted. You can see your water level next to your health and stamina bar on the bottom left side of the screen.
It is also required to Respawn at your walkers. Each respawn cost 20 water (can be lowered with Modules. If there isn't enough water in your walker you won't be able to spawn there.
Water is also used to travel between Oasises. The required amount will be consumed when traveling.

All water that is transported to the Flotilla is cleansed in an ancient water purifying machine. The Guardians are the sole keepers of this machine, a technological relic of the old world which has sustained the Flotillans to this day.

There are multiple sources of water in the game such as Cactus, Cactus Fruit, Aloe which can be eaten raw for a small amount of hydration by right clicking on them in your inventory or processed in different crafting stations such as Camp Fire or Stomping Station for extra yield.
